PERSONAL BACKGROUND
- You'll learn quickly that I spend much of my free time enjoying watching my cousins play in the various sports that they play
- When I'm not watching, you can usually find me volunteering to work the concession stand raising money for North Side High School's volleyball, soccer, and sports training departments
- When not supporting other family members, I like to spend my time focusing on my own personal health journey, yoga, barre, functional fitness, walking and cycling are some of my favorite activities
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
- After graduating from Texas Wesleyan University, I moved to Dallas and started my professional career as a volunteer serving in Americorp and Project Transformation
- I currently work as a Nursery Teacher at Ridgewood United Methodist Church in Dallas. It has been an absolute pleasure to still work with children today and maintain my connection with this small but cozy church
- Lastly, but most importantly, I'm a proud Texas gal born and raised in Funky Town Fort Worth

My time serving as a volunteer is dear to my heart and fundamental to my understanding of what community members need to make their lives more meaningful and fulfilling.
